At your service for wet coating are:
- Automated 220 ft. wet coating line for plastics and other lower temperature cure products. This line features a 24 ft. gas infrared oven & two spray booths with automatic reciprocating spray units.
- High temperature 220 ft. wet and powder line for coatings requiring cure temperatures of 800°F. This line features a 24 ft. gas infrared oven and a 14 ft. Fostoria high intensity infrared oven plus two spray booths complete with automatic spray recipricators, and one in line Wagner powder spray & reclaim booth.
- 65 ft. x 6 ft. wide 800°F belt oven with automatic reciprocating spray units
- 48 ft. x 6 ft. wide x 7 ft. high 550°F conveyorized oven complete with wet and powder capability
- 120 ft. conveyorized wet spray line
- 24 ft. x 8 ft. x 8 ft. high 750°F batch oven
Also available are numerous batch ovens ranging from 450° to 800°F in temperature, and 18 cubic feet to 480 cubic feet in size; numerous types of both wet and powder spray equipment, reciprocators, inspection and test equipment, fixtures, etc.
